    How to cause Stroke pain

Avoid things that can cause pain, such as hot baths, tight or easily bunched clothing, and pressure on the side of your body affected by the stroke. Position paralyzed arms or legs to reduce discomfort. Use heat packs or simple exercises prescribed by your physical therapist.


    Physical Therapy Treatment for Stroke pain

Move the arm through its full range of motion at least three times a day.Gently stretch tighter muscles to a point of slight discomfort.Then hold the stretch for at least 60 seconds.Core Exercises:Trunk Rotation (Twists) , Hand Exercise:Wrist Side Movement, Rolling Movement.
